1. Provide expert consultation to an exclusive clientele.
2. Actively acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers.
3. Manage customer traffic and greet clients.
4. Assist clients with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations.
5. Implement New Retail strategies, including E-Commerce, Distant Sales, and Virtual Sales Ceremonies.
6. Personally attend to VIP clients and nurture local business relationships.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining the customer database and preparing inventory.
8. Engage in networking activities, including attending local events and digital sales functions.

1. Completed training or relevant experience in a customer and service-oriented environment.
2. Experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watches.
3. Excellent knowledge of New Retail, including digital sales and networking.
4. Curiosity and a unique interest in innovative sales approaches.
5. Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
6. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are desirable.
7. Flexible, resilient team player with a confident and appropriate presence.
8. Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management software.
9. Proficiency with digital tools such as customer apps and Click and Collect systems.

Experience in luxury sales, particularly in the jewelry and watch sectors, is highly desirable.
