1. Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during sales interactions.
2. Master the sales process, including welcoming, understanding client needs, convincing, closing, and developing relationships.
3. Adapt to client needs and motivations to enhance satisfaction.
4. Handle negotiations and objections with ease.
5. Convey the passion and values of the Maison to clients.
6. Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding After Sales services.
7. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
8. Cultivate strong client relationships and foster client loyalty.
9. Efficiently expand the client portfolio through targeted CRM actions.
10. Participate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison.
11. Adhere to all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
12. Participate in inventory management.
13. Assist with the setup and breakdown of the boutique during opening and closing.
14. Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
15. Assist with special projects as requested.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail.

5. Fluency in English and Italian.

Previous experience in luxury retail is required.
