1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high standards.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations.
4. Negotiate and handle client objections with ease.
5. Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, providing exceptional recommendations.
6. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
7. Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
8. Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
9. Assist in the planning and participation of in-store and offsite events.
10. Comply with security and operational policies and procedures.
11. Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
12. Assist with merchandising, inventory, and special projects as needed.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation.
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.

College degree preferred.
