1. Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, fostering enduring relationships with clients and crafting unique experiences.
2. Ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.
3. Continuously enhance and surprise clients with innovative service.
4. Convey the passion and values of the Maison to clients.
5. Act as the primary contact for clients requiring Care Service support.
6. Meet individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
7. Adhere to all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
8. Assist with special projects as requested.

1. Proficiency in English at C1 level.
2. A passion for creating an outstanding and caring environment, with cross-industry experience preferred.
3. Discretion and attention to detail in identifying client and team needs.
4. Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
5. Commitment to providing exceptional and unique services.
6. Team spirit, initiative, and a flexible mindset.

Experience in retail is preferred but not required. Cross-industry experience is valued.
