Cartier Sales Associate

- Provide expert consultation to an exclusive clientele.
- Actively acquire new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Manage customer traffic and greet clients upon arrival.
- Assist clients with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations.
- Implement a New Retail strategy, including E-Commerce, Distant Sales, Virtual Sales Ceremony, and more.
- Offer personalized service to VIP clients and nurture local business relationships.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining the customer database and preparing for inventory.
- Engage in networking activities, including attending local events and digital sales functions.
- Completed education or relevant experience in a customer and service-oriented environment.
- Experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watchmaking.
- Excellent knowledge of New Retail, including digital sales and networking.
- Curiosity and a unique interest in innovative sales approaches.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible, resilient team player with a confident and appropriate presence.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as customer apps and Click and Collect systems.
