- Deliver a unique client experience before, during, and after each sale, acting as an ambassador of the Maison.
- Achieve sales excellence by mastering the sales process, exceeding targets, and handling negotiations with confidence.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, CRM activities, and participation in Maison events.
- Support daily boutique operations by adhering to company policies, assisting with inventory management, and implementing visual merchandising guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales or a similar field.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and POS systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
