1. Deliver a unique client experience before, during, and after each sale, acting as an ambassador of the Maison.
2. Achieve sales excellence by mastering the sales process, exceeding targets, and handling negotiations with confidence.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, CRM activities, and participation in Maison events.
4. Support daily boutique operations by adhering to company policies, assisting with inventory management, and implementing visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales or a similar field.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

3. Proficiency in CRM and POS systems.
4. Fluency in English and Arabic.
