1. Deliver exceptional client experiences during each sale, ensuring a unique and memorable interaction.
2. Master the complete sales process, including welcoming clients, understanding their needs, convincing, closing sales, and fostering ongoing relationships.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet individual client needs and motivations, handling negotiations and objections with confidence.
4. Communicate the passion and values of Cartier, achieving both individual and boutique sales targets.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and expanding the client portfolio through targeted CRM actions.
6. Participate in client events, representing Cartier as a true ambassador.
7. Adhere to all brand and boutique policies and procedures, participating in inventory counts and supporting boutique operations.
8. Implement visual merchandising guidelines and assist with special projects as required.

1. Minimum two years of experience in luxury retail sales or a similar field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency with CRM and POS systems.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
