Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, demonstrating solid product knowledge, and maintaining outstanding standards.
- Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, and handle objections effectively.
- Support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
- Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives, developing plans with management for clients and prospects.
- Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, utilizing available tools effectively.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as needed.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking, in collaboration with management.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison, and boutique.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and maintenance of displays and back-stock.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure a successful audit.
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and supporting back-office responsibilities.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
College degree preferred.
