1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touch points.
3. Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
4. Assist and support after-sales clients, ensuring alignment with Maison values.
5. Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and inventory management.
6. Collaborate with management to support in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Additional language skills are advantageous.

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.

College degree preferred.

Expected salary range: $29-$30 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
