Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touch points.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Assist and support after-sales clients, ensuring alignment with Maison values.
- Participate in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with management to support in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
College degree preferred.
Expected salary range: $29-$30 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
