1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client receives a unique and personalized experience.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Support after-sales clients and provide recommendations to enhance the client experience.
5. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
6. Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
7. Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
8. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
10. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
11. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
5. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.

College degree preferred.
