Cartier Sales Associate

- Provide expert consultation to an exclusive clientele.
- Actively acquire new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Manage customer traffic and greet clients upon arrival.
- Assist clients with bespoke high jewelry and fine watchmaking creations.
- Implement a New Retail strategy, including e-commerce, distant sales, virtual sales ceremonies, and client entertainment.
- Offer personalized service to VIP clients and nurture local business relationships.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining the client database and preparing inventory.
- Engage in networking activities, including attending local events and digital sales functions.
- Completed training or a background in a customer and service-oriented environment.
- Experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry and/or watches.
- Excellent understanding of New Retail, including digital sales and networking.
- Curiosity and interest in innovative sales approaches.
- Outstanding communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in German and English, with additional languages preferred.
- Flexible, resilient team player with a confident and appropriate manner.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Competence with digital tools such as client apps and click-and-collect systems.
