Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure targets are met.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, embodying the passion and values of the Maison.
- Master the sales ceremony, continuously improving to surprise and delight clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients in after-sales scenarios.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
- Participate in client events, acting as an ambassador of the Maison.
- Adhere to Maison and boutique policies and compliance standards.
- Complete operational tasks such as stock-take accuracy and stock preparation.
- Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury watches and jewellery.
- Strong team player.
- Highly motivated and fast learner.
- Client service mindset with digital proficiency.
- Result-oriented and proactive.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Thai; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant and dynamic personality.
A minimum of 2 years in retail, preferably within the luxury watches and jewellery sector.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
