1. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
2. Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure targets are met.
3. Deliver exceptional client experiences, embodying the passion and values of the Maison.
4. Master the sales ceremony, continuously improving to surprise and delight clients.
5. Serve as the primary contact for clients in after-sales scenarios.
6. Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
7. Participate in client events, acting as an ambassador of the Maison.
8. Adhere to Maison and boutique policies and compliance standards.
9. Complete operational tasks such as stock-take accuracy and stock preparation.
10. Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising.
11. Assist with special projects as required.

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury watches and jewellery.

3. Client service mindset with digital proficiency.
4. Result-oriented and proactive.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Fluency in English and Thai; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
7. Well-groomed with a pleasant and dynamic personality.

A minimum of 2 years in retail, preferably within the luxury watches and jewellery sector.

Bachelor's degree in any field.
