1. Achieve sales targets to meet individual and boutique goals, both quantitative and qualitative.
2. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales to ensure personal targets are met.
3. Ensure quota is met across all product categories before finalizing sales with clients.
4. Deliver an exceptional client experience, embodying the passion and values of the Maison.
5. Master the sales ceremony, continually improving and surprising clients.
6. Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding After Sales services.
7. Cultivate strong client relationships to develop client loyalty and expand the client portfolio.
8. Participate in client events, acting as an Ambassador of the Maison.
9. Adhere to Maison and boutique policies and compliance standards.
10. Complete assigned operational tasks such as stock-take accuracy and stock preparation.
11. Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising.
12. Assist with special projects as required.

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury Watches & Jewellery.
2. Strong team player with a client service mindset.
3. Highly motivated, proactive, and a fast learner.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in English and Thai; Chinese language skills are a plus.
6. Digital proficiency.
7. Well-groomed with a pleasant and dynamic personality.

A minimum of 2 years in retail, preferably within the luxury Watches & Jewellery sector.

Bachelor's degree in any field.
