Cartier Sales Associate

- Achieve sales targets to meet individual and boutique goals, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales to ensure personal targets are met.
- Ensure quota is met across all product categories before finalizing sales with clients.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, embodying the passion and values of the Maison.
- Master the sales ceremony, continually improving and surprising clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding After Sales services.
- Cultivate strong client relationships to develop client loyalty and expand the client portfolio.
- Participate in client events, acting as an Ambassador of the Maison.
- Adhere to Maison and boutique policies and compliance standards.
- Complete assigned operational tasks such as stock-take accuracy and stock preparation.
- Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury Watches & Jewellery.
- Strong team player with a client service mindset.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and a fast learner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Thai; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Digital proficiency.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant and dynamic personality.
A minimum of 2 years in retail, preferably within the luxury Watches & Jewellery sector.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
