1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach according to client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values, providing recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
5. Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
6. Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
7. Resolve client issues and escalate as needed to management.
8. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
10. Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and maintenance of the boutique.
11. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
12. Assist with special projects as needed.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
2. General knowledge of timepiece movements.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail with multitasking ability.
5. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments is required.

College degree preferred.
