1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touch points.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
4. Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
5. Resolve client issues and escalate as necessary to management.
6. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
7. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
8. Participate in merchandising, inventory management, and special projects.

1. College degree preferred.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
5. Additional language skills are a plus.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.

College degree preferred.
