1. Welcome clients and manage waiting times to ensure a seamless experience.
2. Assist Sales Associates during transactions and client interactions.
3. Coordinate with Stockists, Cashiers, and other team members to facilitate smooth operations.
4. Perform gift wrapping and arrange for client transportation as needed.
5. Support After Sales services by handling items without processing payments.
6. Adhere to brand and boutique policies and procedures.
7. Participate in inventory management and price labeling.
8. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the boutique for opening and closing.
9. Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
10. Order and maintain boutique supplies, ensuring pristine presentation of the boutique.

1. Previous experience in the hospitality sector or luxury retail.

3. Fluent in English and Italian.
