1. Provide expert consultation to an exclusive clientele.
2. Actively acquire new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
3. Manage customer traffic and greet clients.
4. Assist clients with bespoke High Jewellery and Fine Watchmaking creations.
5. Implement a New Retail Strategy, including E-Commerce, Distant Sales, and Virtual Sales Ceremonies.
6. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining the customer database and preparing inventories.
7. Manage all deliveries and merchandise transfers.
8. Conduct quality control on received goods.
9. Document stock movements and inventory data.
10. Ensure a well-maintained and organized stock inventory.
11. Manage customer reservations and shipments.
12. Assist with inventory audits.
13. Support the management of omnichannel orders.

1. Completed training or relevant experience in a customer and service-oriented environment.
2. Experience in luxury sales or stock management, preferably in jewelry and/or watches.

1. Curiosity and a unique interest in innovative sales approaches.
2. Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
3. Proficiency in German and English, with additional languages preferred.
4. Flexible, resilient team player with a confident and appropriate presence.
5. Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management software.

Experience in luxury sales or stock management, ideally within the jewelry and watch industry, is desired.

Completed training or equivalent experience in a related field.
