1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach according to client needs and motivations.
4. Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
5. Support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.
6. Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
7. Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building.
8. Resolve client issues and escalate as needed to management.
9. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
10. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
11. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
12. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure a successful audit.
13. Assist with special projects as needed.

1. 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
2. Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday consistently.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, with SAP knowledge preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
5. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
6. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
7. General knowledge of timepiece movements is preferred.

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail is required.

College degree preferred.
