- Provide an exceptional welcome, establishing a privileged connection from the moment the client enters the boutique.
- Deeply understand the expectations and world of each client to offer a bespoke proposal.
- Showcase Cartier creations through elegant presentation and emotive, heritage-rich storytelling.
- Guide clients with attentive listening and generosity to the finalization of their choice.
- Manage after-sales service requests with the same level of client discovery and excellence.
- Maintain attentive follow-up with clients, ensuring long-term relationship personalization, event invitations, and expectation management.
- Ensure operational excellence throughout the boutique experience, including availability, discretion, and adherence to the Maison's rituals.
- Actively contribute to the boutique's life, including opening and closing ceremonies, impeccable display maintenance, and procedural compliance.
- Share field feedback and inspirations to continually enrich the client experience.
- Collaborate with elegance and kindness within the team, fostering a collective dynamic dedicated to refinement.
- Degree in a higher education program with a focus on commerce or luxury service.
- Ideally possess initial successful experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or jewelry/watchmaking.
- Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, payment processing, management) with a client-centric approach.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Genuine product sensitivity and a strong affinity for the Cartier brand.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to collective dynamics.
- Active listening, discretion, attention to detail, teamwork, agility, and warm interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or jewelry/watchmaking is preferred.
Degree in commerce or luxury service-related field.
