1. Ensure an exceptional client experience at the boutique entrance.
2. Manage client traffic and seating, offering refreshments and reading materials.
3. Inform clients of approximate waiting times and ensure prompt service by Sales Associates.
4. Adapt to client needs and expectations, transmitting the passion and values of the Maison.
5. Support sales by assisting discreetly with service and transaction-related tasks.
6. Coordinate between Sales Associates and other boutique staff.
7. Perform gift wrapping and accompany clients to the door upon departure.
8. Assist with after-sales duties, excluding payment handling.
9. Adhere to brand and boutique policies and procedures.
10. Participate in boutique setup and closure, and implement visual merchandising guidelines.
11. Support ordering of boutique facilities and ensure the boutique is in pristine condition.

1. Fluency in English and Italian.
