1. Ensure an exceptional client experience at the boutique entrance.
2. Manage client traffic and seating, offering refreshments and reading materials.
3. Inform clients about waiting times and coordinate with Sales Associates.
4. Adapt to client needs and expectations, transmitting the passion and values of the Maison.
5. Assist discreetly in service and transaction-related tasks during sales.
6. Coordinate between Sales Associates, Stockist, Cashier, and Boutique Assistants.
7. Perform gift wrapping and cordon changes.
8. Accompany clients to the door upon departure and assist with after-sales duties.
9. Adhere to brand and boutique policies and procedures.
10. Participate in boutique setup and visual merchandising implementation.
11. Support ordering of boutique facilities and ensure the boutique's pristine condition.

1. Fluency in English and Italian

Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
