1. Ensure an exceptional client experience at the boutique entrance.
2. Manage client traffic and seating, offering refreshments and reading materials.
3. Inform clients about approximate waiting times and coordinate with Sales Associates.
4. Transmit the passion and values of Cartier through product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Assist discreetly in service and transaction-related tasks during sales.
6. Coordinate between Sales Associates and Stockist/Cashier/Boutique Assistants.
7. Perform gift wrapping and cordon changes.
8. Escort clients to the door upon departure.
9. Assist with after-sales duties, excluding payment handling.
10. Adhere to brand and boutique policies and procedures.
11. Participate in boutique setup and closure operations.
12. Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
13. Support ordering of boutique facilities and ensure boutique upkeep.

1. Fluency in English and Italian.

No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury retail and client service is essential.
