1. Assist the High-end Sales team in organizing VIP experiences and appointments, including preparing necessary bookings for boutique or high-jewellery events.
2. Facilitate private viewing preparations and update high-end systems and reports.
3. Support in-boutique client relationship activities, including CRM gifts ordering, follow-up, registration, delivery, and feedback.
4. Assist in the execution and registration of in-boutique quick services.
5. Support back-office operations and boutique management teams with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations and reports for boutique meetings.
6. Participate in placing boutique non-sellable orders and support the monthly boutique claims process.
7. Responsible for continuous improvement follow-up, updating the boutique team on new improvements, and sharing best practices with the corporate office.
