1. Serve as the central point of contact for retail communication.
2. Assist the Area Sales Manager with daily tasks and initiatives.
3. Support the retail team in achieving sales goals.
4. Organize and coordinate retail meetings and gatherings.
5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
6. Conduct data analysis to support informed decision-making.
7. Facilitate clear communication between the Area Sales Manager and Boutique Managers.
8. Compile and analyze sales data to track performance trends.
9. Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Commercial Director and Retail Team.
10. Coordinate with Marketing & Communication Departments for the Annual Retail Seminar.

1. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an Executive/Office Assistant position.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage stress and maintain confidentiality.
4. Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
5. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
6. Experience in data analysis and reporting.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in an Executive or Office Assistant role.

Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
