- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies in alignment with Cartier and Richemont stakeholders.
- Influence regional business strategies by partnering with executive committees to ensure world-class supply chain service delivery.
- Oversee continuous improvement of supply chain processes, including operational models and performance KPIs.
- Manage talent development to ensure alignment with organizational goals and agility.
- Provide strategic oversight of supply and demand planning, allocation, and inventory management for the region.
- Lead logistics and distribution initiatives to optimize product flow and customer service.
- Supervise boutique stock transfers and event planning to maintain optimal product availability.
- Oversee product quality and after-sales policies in coordination with relevant entities.
- Develop IT solutions to enhance stock management processes and address system issues.
- Lead and develop team members through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Drive digital transformation and position the department as an omni-channel entity.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within luxury, beauty, fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods industries.
- Proven success in managing complex businesses at scale with a commercially oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with high SKU complexity and statistical analysis.
- Experience leading cross-country teams and influencing senior management.

Over 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within luxury, beauty, fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods industries.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
