Cartier Regional Operations Manager

1. Foster a collaborative retail environment within the specified region and North America.
2. Develop and implement new hire onboarding to ensure operational consistency and aptitude.
3. Support corporate strategic initiatives through regular boutique staff operational trainings.
4. Partner with Boutique Management to develop operational roles and assess potential for growth.
5. Develop a talent pipeline for operational roles and ensure proper boutique coverage.
6. Plan and execute Regional Operations Seminars in partnership with the Retail Corporate Team.
7. Build relationships with Regional Operations/Retail Corporate Network to share best practices.
8. Participate in identifying regional priorities and build regional action plans.
9. Partner with Regional VP and Retail Corporate Team to execute corporate initiatives.
10. Facilitate communication and feedback of boutique projects with relevant teams.
11. Act as the Regional Key User for corporate projects.
12. Collaborate on strategic boutique projects and lead execution of key actions.
13. Lead and implement pilot programs to guarantee execution and quality feedback.
14. Facilitate Omni-channel initiatives and support all channels of distribution.
15. Manage the overall maintenance of the boutique environment to uphold standards.
16. Support day-to-day boutique operations and act as the first line of defense for teams.
17. Manage key operational KPIs and develop action plans to deliver excellence.
18. Reinforce Cartier/RNA Policies & Procedures to ensure compliance.
19. Optimize smart staffing and zoning to build effective team schedules.
20. Act as Finance liaison for regional vendor/invoicing management and KPI-related costs.
21. Propose and develop streamlined and cost-effective external vendor relationships.
22. Identify and propose opportunities to create operational efficiencies.
23. Consolidate and escalate recurring IT challenges and propose solutions.
24. Share operational boutique and competitor best practices.
25. Ensure audit and inventory excellence across the region.
26. Support an omnichannel experience by implementing new Cartier services.
27. Optimize stock allocation across the region.
28. Partner with boutique management to ensure compliance with internal audits.
29. Oversee flawless execution during annual inventory.
30. Support regional SR Managers with Operational initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, finance background is a plus

5-7 years of retail experience required.
