1. Serve as the primary contact for staff sales order inquiries.
2. Manage end-to-end order processes across all product segments, including allocation, shipment, invoicing, and after-sales service.
3. Develop and enhance reporting tools for activity monitoring.
4. Collaborate with marketing on e-catalogue assortment and staff-website animation.
5. Allocate stock based on Merchandising recommendations or business needs.
6. Work with Product Allocations Coordinators to streamline processes.
7. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to optimize distribution.
8. Perform stock adjustments in line with Maison guidelines.
9. Support the team on specific projects and topics.

1. Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are advantageous.
2. Internship agreement is mandatory.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
2. Strong collaborative and organizational skills for multitasking.
3. Excellent service orientation and responsiveness.
4. Experience with SAP is beneficial.
5. Familiarity with the luxury retail industry is a plus.

Previous experience in a client-centric luxury environment and collaboration with cross-functional teams is preferred.
