Cartier Regional Operations Intern

- Serve as the primary contact for staff sales order inquiries.
- Manage end-to-end order processes across all product segments, including allocation, shipment, invoicing, and after-sales service.
- Develop and enhance reporting tools for activity monitoring.
- Collaborate with marketing on e-catalogue assortment and staff-website animation.
- Allocate stock based on Merchandising recommendations or business needs.
- Work with Product Allocations Coordinators to streamline processes.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to optimize distribution.
- Perform stock adjustments in line with Maison guidelines.
- Support the team on specific projects and topics.
- Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are advantageous.
- Internship agreement is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Strong collaborative and organizational skills for multitasking.
- Excellent service orientation and responsiveness.
- Experience with SAP is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the luxury retail industry is a plus.
Previous experience in a client-centric luxury environment and collaboration with cross-functional teams is preferred.
