Regional Operations Intern

Cartier is a renowned luxury brand known for its exquisite jewelry, watches, and accessories. The company operates globally, offering high-quality products and exceptional service. The position is based in Meyrin, Geneva, within the 'Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie'.

1. Manage operations for Switzerland staff sales, including being the point of contact for staff sales orders.
2. Handle orders across all product segments from allocation to shipment, invoicing, and after-sales.
3. Build and improve reporting for monitoring staff sales activity.
4. Collaborate with marketing on e-catalogue assortment and staff-website animation.
5. Allocate stock according to merchandising recommendations or business needs.
6. Collaborate with Products Allocations Coordinators to improve processes.
7. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks to optimize distribution.
8. Perform necessary stock adjustments related to Maison guidelines.
9. Support the team on specific topics and projects.

1. Internship agreement is mandatory.

1. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
2. Excellent collaborative and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Strong sense of service and reactivity.
4. Fluent in English and French; any additional European language is a plus.
5. Experience with SAP is a plus.
6. Expertise in the luxury retail industry is a plus.

Proven experience in collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams in a client-centric luxury environment.
