Cartier Regional Fragrance Manager

- Develop and implement the regional fragrance strategy for Southeast Asia & Oceania, aligning with the global Maison vision.
- Drive commercial initiatives and identify new opportunities with distribution partners to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with market Managing Directors, commercial teams, and marketing teams to execute commercial strategies.
- Enhance the long-term equity and visibility of the fragrance category across all distribution channels in the region.
- Lead the promotion of the fragrance category across the omnichannel network, strengthening brand awareness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective partners and distributors.
- Expand the fragrance presence across the Travel Retail Network.
- Provide central marketing teams with feedback on product development needs and marketing tools.
- Oversee the management and performance of beauty consultants, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Partner with local L&D teams to develop comprehensive training programs for retail staff.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in driving commercial and/or marketing initiatives within the beauty and/or fragrance industry.
- 3 to 5 years of people management experience.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels within a matrix environment.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to make timely, well-considered decisions.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of leading cross-market and cross-functional discussions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Resourceful and resilient.
Approximately 10 years of experience in the beauty and/or fragrance industry, with a focus on commercial and marketing initiatives. 3 to 5 years of experience in people management is required.
