Cartier Regional Client Activation Intern

- Coordinate the planning and execution of multi-channel client activations in line with the regional client activation calendar.
- Manage email campaigns, client lifecycle journeys, and clienteling activities under the guidance of the Regional Head of Clients.
- Gather client activation needs across Cartier SEAO and update the regional client activation calendar accordingly.
- Support the planning of the activation calendar by coordinating with HQ and SEAO markets on required assets for campaigns.
- Prepare briefs for external agencies on campaign criteria, including audience targeting and A/B testing.
- Act as a liaison between external agencies and market teams for campaign modification, validation, and execution.
- Assist in proposing the design, content, and client flow of activation campaigns based on business objectives.
- Assist the Regional Data Analyst in creating and updating regular performance reports.
- Conduct regional competitor analysis and benchmarking of client activation campaigns.
- Provide organizational and administrative support for Regional Client Community building activities.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Effective time management and task prioritization.
- Interest in client loyalty, activation, and CRM topics.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Proactive and thrives in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of HTML, SQL, Data Analytics, or CRM tools is advantageous.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
No prior experience required, but an interest in luxury brand marketing and client relationship management is essential.
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
