- Manage and direct incoming telephone calls.

- Possession of a CFC in commerce or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in French and a high level of English.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer tools.
- Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role is required.
