Cartier Quality Supervisor

- Oversee the integration of new product-supplier pairs from novelty to series production.
- Participate constructively in development meetings from the launch phase.
- Prepare control ranges and validation dossiers.
- Define packaging and pre-series quantities.
- Update tracking tables and validate actions in the Certification Flow.
- Prepare, validate, communicate, and integrate Control Instructions into the information system.
- Facilitate collaboration with workshops and organize transmission meetings for specific criteria and attention points during the transition to series production.
- Develop and execute a qualification strategy with internal teams and inform partners.
- Monitor product/process qualification strategy and certifications through a data library.
- Provide project progress visibility to internal teams and establish action plans for discrepancies.
- Inspect Fine Jewelry pieces in internal and external workshops.
- Lead problem resolution in case of market returns, in collaboration with after-sales teams.
- Jewelry training background with at least 10 years of workshop experience.
- Proven ability to listen, be meticulous, reliable, and responsive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
- Proficiency in Excel and ideally SAP.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a jewelry workshop environment is required.
Jewelry training background is required.
