Cartier Quality Specialist

- Monitor and assess client interactions across various channels, ensuring adherence to Cartier's quality standards.
- Identify and report client issues or operational errors, implementing coaching actions as necessary.
- Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training and performance improvement plans.
- Produce and present regular reports and dashboards detailing quality results and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency among Quality Specialists.
- Assist in maintaining or enhancing systems and processes for improved quality control and client experience.
- Solid understanding and experience in Customer Support or Contact Center Operations.
- Experience in quality assurance or management in a contact center or client relations environment.
- Coaching and feedback experience, with formal education in coaching as a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and data visualization software.
- Problem-solving capabilities to develop strategies for quality improvement.
Proven experience in quality management or a client relations center with high quality standards, preferably in the luxury sector.
