- Define and manage product quality in alignment with departmental strategy, collaborating with project teams and suppliers.
- Develop technical product definitions and quality specifications for suppliers.
- Lead risk analysis and implement associated action plans.
- Guide the quality laboratory in test methodologies and formalize acceptance criteria.
- Ensure product compliance with pre-defined quality standards and oversee product homologation.
- Conduct quality controls at supplier sites and validate product quality.
- Train suppliers on Cartier's quality standards and provide control ranges.
- Implement supplier support plans to enhance quality assurance and production quality.
- Conduct quality audits and monitor continuous improvement action plans.
- Report to stakeholders and support suppliers in quality assurance best practices.
- Deploy corrective and continuous improvement plans based on feedback from various sources.
- Participate in quality reporting and management, contributing to KPI development and budget tracking.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance departmental performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product quality functions.
- Proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Rigorous, agile, and adept at prioritization.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D and risk analysis.
A minimum of 5 years in product quality roles is required, demonstrating expertise in quality management and supplier collaboration.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
