1. Assist the Incoming Control Sector Manager and support control teams in developing and stabilizing service processes.
2. Optimize the watch control flows between the Maison des Métiers d’Art and the Manufacture.
3. Actively participate in the DMAIC phases: Design, Solution Implementation, Control, and Project Closure.
4. Lead a Gage R&R test on attribute controls.
5. Ensure the smooth operation of the incoming control sector.
6. Guarantee the effective functioning of the team's Operational Performance Reviews (RPO) and evolve them as necessary.
7. Lead problem-solving initiatives.
8. Analyze data to participate in the revision of indicators: calculation methods, objectives, and creation of new indicators.
9. Define and support the implementation of workstation audits.

1. Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering with knowledge in quality or equivalent training.

1. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as DMAIC.
2. Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles and tools.
3. Competency in Excel; familiarity with SAP and Ellistat is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical skills and structured approach.
5. Autonomous, proactive, and decisive.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, assertive, and a team player.

Minimum of 1 year in an industrial environment.

Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
