1. Define, develop, and validate control processes within the manufacturing sectors.
2. Ensure the capability of control processes as part of the production, industrial, and quality methods team.
3. Co-construct plans and design fixtures, ranges, and control programs.
4. Facilitate the deployment of control processes and train internal and external teams.
5. Update system data and report departmental activities and KPIs.
6. Propose, validate, and apply control standards to digitalize and automate deliverables.
7. Support field teams in component lifecycle management and propose necessary actions or modifications.
8. Participate in continuous improvement projects and non-conformity analyses.

1. Diploma in a technical field with specialization in metrology.
2. Strong knowledge in quality control and 3D measurement in watchmaking.

1. Proficiency in Calypso and knowledge of CREO.
2. Experience with CNC machining and precision mechanics.
3. Familiarity with machine control tools such as Ellisetting.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Windchill is a plus.
5. Strong attention to detail and result-oriented mindset.
6. Excellent teamwork and autonomous responsibility management.
7. Open-mindedness and proactive approach.

Experience in quality control, 3D measurement, and CNC machining within the watchmaking industry.

Diploma in a technical field with specialization in metrology.
