Cartier Quality Methods Technician

- Define, develop, and validate control processes within the manufacturing sectors.
- Ensure the capability of control processes as part of the production, industrial, and quality methods team.
- Co-construct plans and design fixtures, ranges, and control programs.
- Facilitate the deployment of control processes and train internal and external teams.
- Update system data and report departmental activities and KPIs.
- Propose, validate, and apply control standards to digitalize and automate deliverables.
- Support field teams in component lifecycle management and propose necessary actions or modifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and non-conformity analyses.
- Diploma in a technical field with specialization in metrology.
- Strong knowledge in quality control and 3D measurement in watchmaking.
- Proficiency in Calypso and knowledge of CREO.
- Experience with CNC machining and precision mechanics.
- Familiarity with machine control tools such as Ellisetting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Windchill is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and autonomous responsibility management.
- Open-mindedness and proactive approach.
Experience in quality control, 3D measurement, and CNC machining within the watchmaking industry.
Diploma in a technical field with specialization in metrology.
