Cartier Quality Methodology Project Manager

- Lead the deployment of Autonomy Process Control (APC) in production.
- Monitor process capability of components during industrialization, production start-up, and series life.
- Develop and oversee action plans in case of deviations or lack of control.
- Define control dynamization standards based on process mastery.
- Act as Key User for Ellistat within the quality department, driving development and improvement initiatives.
- Implement a comprehensive deployment of Ellistat across the Manufacture.
- Promote and disseminate the benefits of Ellistat through established standards.
- Train quality, development, and production teams in best practices for Ellistat usage.
- Enhance connectivity of measurement and control tools to automate quality data collection.
- Collaborate with IT and Methods teams to integrate data flows into Ellistat.
- Manage process capability tracking from industrialization to launch completion.
- Lead quality risk management and propose robust solutions with industrialization teams.
- Ensure experience feedback is captured in control ranges and SPC standards.
- Degree in Quality or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of confirmed professional experience in quality development, methods, or industrialization.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and statistical tools, with expertise in Ellistat.
- Familiarity with dimensional control tools (Zeiss, Keyence, traditional methods) and their connectivity.
- Proficiency in formalizing and deploying quality standards.
- Experience in deploying SPC/APC tools in an industrial environment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
A minimum of 3 years in quality development, methods, or industrialization, with project management experience.
Degree in Quality or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
