1. Lead and develop the quality control team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and training.
2. Ensure product compliance with internal and external quality standards.
3. Coordinate quality control activities and manage operational performance reviews.
4. Draft and implement quality control procedures.
5. Oversee the application of Cartier's quality criteria and support internal inspections.
6. Participate in product development processes to ensure compliance.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and conduct audits within internal production units.

1. Advanced degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within a high-precision industrial environment.

1. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
2. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in standard IT tools (ERP, quality management software).
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Technical English proficiency is advantageous.

A minimum of several years in a quality control management position, ideally within the luxury watchmaking or jewelry industry.

Advanced degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
