1. Ensure compliance of manufacturing processes with quality standards.
2. Participate in product development meetings to define quality requirements.
3. Conduct risk analysis and propose solutions.
4. Qualify components and finished products.
5. Lead action plans to achieve quality objectives.
6. Define feasibility of internal and external controls.
7. Support teams during pre-series and series launches.
8. Train stakeholders on quality requirements.
9. Facilitate upward and cross-functional communication.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the watchmaking industry.

1. Strong technical knowledge in watchmaking, especially in casing.
2. Proficiency in quality risk analysis and problem-solving tools.
3. Dynamic, positive, and results-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent decision-making and relationship-building abilities.
5. Autonomous with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Rigorous, organized, and capable of managing priorities.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Valid driver's license for professional travel.

At least 5 years of experience in the watchmaking industry, with a focus on quality assurance and project management.

Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
