Cartier Quality Assurance Specialist

- Ensure compliance of manufacturing processes with quality standards.
- Participate in product development meetings to define quality requirements.
- Conduct risk analysis and propose solutions.
- Qualify components and finished products.
- Lead action plans to achieve quality objectives.
- Define feasibility of internal and external controls.
- Support teams during pre-series and series launches.
- Train stakeholders on quality requirements.
- Facilitate upward and cross-functional communication.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the watchmaking industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in watchmaking, especially in casing.
- Proficiency in quality risk analysis and problem-solving tools.
- Dynamic, positive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent decision-making and relationship-building abilities.
- Autonomous with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Rigorous, organized, and capable of managing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license for professional travel.
At least 5 years of experience in the watchmaking industry, with a focus on quality assurance and project management.
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
