1. Support the procurement performance team in the collection, consolidation and analysis of purchasing data and KPIs.
2. Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor supplier performance, cost indicators and savings initiatives.
3. Coordinate cross‑functional information flows between buyers, finance and suppliers to ensure data integrity and timely follow‑up.
4. Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at standardizing processes, reducing lead times and enhancing supplier scorecards.
5. Produce presentations and executive summaries for procurement reviews and steering committees.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or Engineering (work‑study/alternance track).
2. Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to data accuracy and KPI interpretation.
3. Excellent communication skills in a professional French business environment; comfortable preparing clear written reports and slide decks.
4. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities within tight reporting cycles.

Prior internships or short placements in procurement, supply chain or operations are advantageous but not required; the role is suitable for candidates in their first professional work‑study placement.

Enrolled in a higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study status required).
