Cartier Purchasing Performance Assistant

- Support the procurement performance team in the collection, consolidation and analysis of purchasing data and KPIs.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor supplier performance, cost indicators and savings initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional information flows between buyers, finance and suppliers to ensure data integrity and timely follow‑up.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at standardizing processes, reducing lead times and enhancing supplier scorecards.
- Produce presentations and executive summaries for procurement reviews and steering committees.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or Engineering (work‑study/alternance track).
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to data accuracy and KPI interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills in a professional French business environment; comfortable preparing clear written reports and slide decks.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities within tight reporting cycles.
- Microsoft Excel (advanced: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Tableau or Power BI (dashboarding and visualization)
Prior internships or short placements in procurement, supply chain or operations are advantageous but not required; the role is suitable for candidates in their first professional work‑study placement.
Enrolled in a higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study status required).
