1. Establish quotations for special orders and respond to quotation requests within deadlines.
2. Support the monitoring of client orders in production and perform pricing calculations and complete quote consolidations.
3. Contribute to the rationalization and optimization of special order quotations within the team.
4. Ensure occasional certification, procurement, and production tracking of special orders.
5. Update team purchasing KPIs and maintain operational reporting.
6. Propose improvements for indicator simplification or automation and support the development of new performance indicators.
7. Participate in the design and implementation of the purchasing dashboard and manage its monthly distribution.
8. Manage cost aspects of simple new projects and ensure target costs and purchasing strategies are met.
9. Provide operational support to the team in daily tasks, including data certification in SAP and invoice blockage resolution.
10. Analyze supplier portfolios and propose rationalization or reallocation of sourcing.
11. Identify potential savings and propose optimization strategies.
12. Utilize internal information systems for analysis and data reliability assurance.

1. Enrolled in an engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain or Purchasing.
2. Previous significant internship experience in production purchasing addressing supplier issues.

1. Proficiency in Excel and comfort with numerical data and information systems.
2. Recognized for rigor, curiosity, and responsiveness.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a preference for teamwork.
