- Establish quotations for special orders and respond to quotation requests within deadlines.
- Support the monitoring of client orders in production and perform pricing calculations and complete quote consolidations.
- Contribute to the rationalization and optimization of special order quotations within the team.
- Ensure occasional certification, procurement, and production tracking of special orders.
- Update team purchasing KPIs and maintain operational reporting.
- Propose improvements for indicator simplification or automation and support the development of new performance indicators.
- Participate in the design and implementation of the purchasing dashboard and manage its monthly distribution.
- Manage cost aspects of simple new projects and ensure target costs and purchasing strategies are met.
- Provide operational support to the team in daily tasks, including data certification in SAP and invoice blockage resolution.
- Analyze supplier portfolios and propose rationalization or reallocation of sourcing.
- Identify potential savings and propose optimization strategies.
- Utilize internal information systems for analysis and data reliability assurance.
- Enrolled in an engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain or Purchasing.
- Previous significant internship experience in production purchasing addressing supplier issues.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with numerical data and information systems.
- Recognized for rigor, curiosity, and responsiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a preference for teamwork.
