1. Oversee the execution of Retail & Corporate salon setups, including Watches & Wonders in Geneva and TFWA in Cannes.
2. Coordinate with architects to ensure layout proposals meet departmental needs and prepare validation committees.
3. Communicate project documentation to service providers to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Manage project phases from setup to dismantling, ensuring alignment with expressed needs.
5. Maintain budgetary control and environmental responsibility, integrating directives and procurement processes.
6. Monitor project timelines and alert stakeholders of any deviations.
7. Occasionally collaborate with an intern on project tasks.
8. Gather and update documentation for the Salons department, proposing improvements as needed.
9. Manage stock databases, salon books, and other support materials.
10. Contribute to financial analyses and sustainability information consolidation.
11. Conduct competitive analysis and maintain the agency/supplier network directory.
