Cartier Project Manager

- Strategically support the Leather Cell by collaborating with the team on key projects and initiatives.
- Lead and manage large-scale projects to develop, enhance, and coordinate leather bracelet collections.
- Coordinate and oversee projects related to the development of new products.
- Provide market support for various requests and issues related to leather bracelets.
- Support the Leather Cell Manager in ambitious new projects, including interactions with suppliers, laboratories, and product development and creation teams.
- Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to optimize certain components of the leather cell.
- Update, optimize, and create relevant performance indicators in collaboration with system teams.
- Regularly analyze data and propose concrete action plans to achieve company objectives.
- Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain or Production Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in an industrial environment.
- Passion for leather products and in-depth knowledge of materials.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and agility to manage varied and complex projects in an agile environment.
- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to lead projects and collaborate with different teams.
- Proficiency in databases and a strong interest in data analysis and associated tools.
- Proficiency in BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
A solid background in project management within an industrial setting is required, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Engineering degree or equivalent in Supply Chain or Production Management.
