1. Strategically support the Leather Cell by collaborating with the team on key projects and initiatives.
2. Lead and manage large-scale projects to develop, enhance, and coordinate leather bracelet collections.
3. Coordinate and oversee projects related to the development of new products.
4. Provide market support for various requests and issues related to leather bracelets.
5. Support the Leather Cell Manager in ambitious new projects, including interactions with suppliers, laboratories, and product development and creation teams.
6. Collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to optimize certain components of the leather cell.
7. Update, optimize, and create relevant performance indicators in collaboration with system teams.
8. Regularly analyze data and propose concrete action plans to achieve company objectives.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain or Production Management.
2. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in an industrial environment.

1. Passion for leather products and in-depth knowledge of materials.
2. Adaptability, flexibility, and agility to manage varied and complex projects in an agile environment.
3. Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to lead projects and collaborate with different teams.
5. Proficiency in databases and a strong interest in data analysis and associated tools.
6. Proficiency in BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

A solid background in project management within an industrial setting is required, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Engineering degree or equivalent in Supply Chain or Production Management.
