- Support the development of methodological standards for design and industrialization.
- Lead the formalization of software standards, technical protocols, and industrial processes.
- Facilitate the creation and consolidation of content within competence groups.
- Define and implement standardization formats and ensure clarity and effective communication.
- Oversee the deployment of methodological standards and ensure compliance through audits.
- Drive continuous improvement of established standards upon request from Technical, Quality, or Client Services departments.
- Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Digital Design preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong pedagogical and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and animate a community.
- Autonomous, rigorous, with strong collaborative and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Creo, Solidworks, or Rhinoceros and Power BI.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Digital Design preferred.
