1. Support the development of methodological standards for design and industrialization.
2. Lead the formalization of software standards, technical protocols, and industrial processes.
3. Facilitate the creation and consolidation of content within competence groups.
4. Define and implement standardization formats and ensure clarity and effective communication.
5. Oversee the deployment of methodological standards and ensure compliance through audits.
6. Drive continuous improvement of established standards upon request from Technical, Quality, or Client Services departments.

1. Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Digital Design preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

1. Strong pedagogical and communication skills.
2. Ability to lead and animate a community.
3. Autonomous, rigorous, with strong collaborative and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Creo, Solidworks, or Rhinoceros and Power BI.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field is required.

Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Digital Design preferred.
