Cartier Project Manager - Continuous Improvement

- Participate in the organizational improvement plan and production flow of the Foundry unit.
- Lead projects related to production and operational excellence.
- Support production and the industrialization of cast components.
- Act as the cornerstone for continuous improvement projects within the production unit and across the site.
- Contribute to certain operational activities as needed.
- Organize, manage, and plan defined projects in collaboration with production and the Foundry's industrialization service.
- Create and modify dashboards as required.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project success.
- Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Foundry production unit.
- Participate in site-wide continuous improvement projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement them through project management and problem-solving methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to problem-solving methods within the production unit and collaborate with other site services.
- Assist in production planning and act as a liaison in case of absence.
- Degree from an engineering school.
- Significant experience, ideally with high-end/luxury artisanal products.
- Leadership and active listening skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pragmatic, rigorous, and solution/performance-oriented.
- Proficiency in project management, Excel, SAP, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Significant experience in high-end or luxury artisanal product environments is preferred.
Degree from an engineering school.
