Cartier Project Coordinator — High Jewellery Gemstones (Work‑Study)

1. Support the Stones Service team in coordination of projects across high jewellery collections, from concept to production.
2. Prepare and maintain technical dossiers, stone specifications and traceability records for each piece.
3. Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal ateliers, product development, quality control and external gemstone suppliers.
4. Assist in quality inspections and stone assessments, flagging non‑conformances and following up corrective actions.
5. Manage sample handling, inventory updates and archiving of physical and digital materials.
6. Produce progress reports, presentations and data summaries for project leads and stakeholders.
7. Contribute to supplier qualification activities and maintain up‑to‑date contact and compliance documentation.
8. Support ad hoc research on gemstones, finishes and production techniques to inform design and sourcing decisions.

1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in gemology, jewellery design, materials science, luxury management, supply chain or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study format).
2. Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks and tight deadlines.
3. Keen attention to detail and a rigorous approach to quality and documentation.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing technical reports and presentations.
5. Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling high‑value materials.
