Cartier Project Assistant Intern - Retail

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client experience by meticulously tracking the schedule and budget of external service providers, ensuring seamless service execution.
- Manage the service offerings and catering in boutiques in collaboration with suppliers to enhance the client experience.
- Actively participate in developing boutique hospitality by proposing innovative initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development teams to train sales assistants, sharing best practices.
- Strategically reflect on the client celebration catalog to enrich offerings.
- Propose innovative concepts, conduct sourcing, and ensure follow-up for continuous client treatment improvement, from reception to after-sales service.
- Manage employee wardrobe and sales accessories, contributing to team well-being and efficiency.
- Support and contribute to the adoption of boutique-dedicated applications through content publication, monitoring, and communication.
- Participate in briefings for key annual events to ensure perfect operational coordination.
- Animate the network of sales assistants and ambassador communities, fostering exchange and engagement.
- Conduct regular boutique visits and participate in 'morning briefs' for a comprehensive understanding of on-the-ground challenges.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or Hospitality University, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/+5).
- Previous experience in retail, project management, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is essential.
- Strong interest and sensitivity towards the luxury sector, hospitality, and excellent customer service.
- Recognized for enthusiasm, proactivity, and meticulousness.
- Excellent team spirit with strong adaptability and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.
Previous experience in retail, project management, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a Business School or Hospitality University, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/+5).
