1. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client experience by meticulously tracking the schedule and budget of external service providers, ensuring seamless service execution.
2. Manage the service offerings and catering in boutiques in collaboration with suppliers to enhance the client experience.
3. Actively participate in developing boutique hospitality by proposing innovative initiatives.
4. Collaborate with the Learning & Development teams to train sales assistants, sharing best practices.
5. Strategically reflect on the client celebration catalog to enrich offerings.
6. Propose innovative concepts, conduct sourcing, and ensure follow-up for continuous client treatment improvement, from reception to after-sales service.
7. Manage employee wardrobe and sales accessories, contributing to team well-being and efficiency.
8. Support and contribute to the adoption of boutique-dedicated applications through content publication, monitoring, and communication.
9. Participate in briefings for key annual events to ensure perfect operational coordination.
10. Animate the network of sales assistants and ambassador communities, fostering exchange and engagement.
11. Conduct regular boutique visits and participate in 'morning briefs' for a comprehensive understanding of on-the-ground challenges.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or Hospitality University, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/+5).
2. Previous experience in retail, project management, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is essential.
2. Strong interest and sensitivity towards the luxury sector, hospitality, and excellent customer service.
3. Recognized for enthusiasm, proactivity, and meticulousness.
4. Excellent team spirit with strong adaptability and organizational skills.
5. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.

Previous experience in retail, project management, or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
