1. Manage and develop a team of 70 specialized professionals in various crafts such as setting, jewelry making, polishing, and electroplating.
2. Ensure the achievement of production objectives related to safety, quality, cost, and deadlines.
3. Oversee the production site’s growth by steering activities and implementing necessary projects to meet workshop goals.
4. Participate in pre-series production and the launch of new products, ensuring resource availability and involvement in the dedicated Manufacturing Project Team.
5. Maintain traceability of raw materials throughout the production process.
6. Lead or participate in projects within the Production Unit or across the Swiss Jewelry Division and Cartier Industry.
7. Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the department, ensuring effective communication across the organization.

1. Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
2. Several years of varied and successful experience in the watchmaking and/or jewelry industry.

1. Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent communication, pedagogical abilities, and active listening skills.
3. Proven leadership and adaptability, with a proactive approach to challenges.
4. Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and performance management tools.
5. Interest in new technologies and industrial methods.

Several years of varied and successful experience in the watchmaking and/or jewelry industry, with a solid background in team management.

Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
