Cartier Production Planning Specialist

- Develop the monthly detailed production plan for the designated area and monitor its progress.
- Formalize workload balancing and define production capacity.
- Conduct daily monitoring of the finished product production plan progress.
- Identify deviations from the plan and collaborate with the Production Group Manager to implement corrective actions.
- Collect data related to KPIs such as customer service rate, production progress in terms of hours and volume, workgroup performance, and new production launches.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain to manage urgent orders and analyze finished product inventory data for discrepancies.
- Define the component procurement plan to ensure production continuity.
- Draft subcontracting plans and liaise with suppliers for the Production Plan.
- Support the advancement plan for new phase suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of production flow dynamics and planning logic.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- French language proficiency is preferred.
A minimum of one year in a similar production planning role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
