1. Develop the monthly detailed production plan for the designated area and monitor its progress.
2. Formalize workload balancing and define production capacity.
3. Conduct daily monitoring of the finished product production plan progress.
4. Identify deviations from the plan and collaborate with the Production Group Manager to implement corrective actions.
5. Collect data related to KPIs such as customer service rate, production progress in terms of hours and volume, workgroup performance, and new production launches.
6. Collaborate with the Supply Chain to manage urgent orders and analyze finished product inventory data for discrepancies.
7. Define the component procurement plan to ensure production continuity.
8. Draft subcontracting plans and liaise with suppliers for the Production Plan.
9. Support the advancement plan for new phase suppliers.

1. Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

1. Understanding of production flow dynamics and planning logic.
2. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
3. Strong teamwork abilities.
4. French language proficiency is preferred.

A minimum of one year in a similar production planning role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
