Cartier Production Planning Specialist

- Draft the detailed monthly production plan for the designated area and monitor the plan's progress.
- Formalize workload balancing and define production capacity.
- Conduct daily monitoring of the finished product's production plan progress.
- Identify deviations from the plan and collaborate with the Production Group Manager to implement corrective actions.
- Collect data and report deviations from targets (KPIs) such as customer service rate, production progress in terms of hours and volume, workgroup performance, and progress of new production launches.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain for urgent order management and analyze finished product inventory data to assess discrepancies.
- Report shortages of semi-finished goods necessary to achieve the monthly plan and ensure production continuity.
- Draft the subcontracting plan and liaise with suppliers for the Production Plan.
- Support the advancement plan for new phase suppliers.
- Assist material managers in monitoring semi-finished goods for production transfer, scheduling orders according to the production plan.
- Ensure the consistency of physical and actual inventory in the designated area.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of production flow dynamics and planning logic.
- Proficiency in SAP management systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- French language proficiency is preferred.
Previous experience in production planning or a similar role is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or related field.
